Schools, Churches, other educational and religious groups, Hospices, Hospitals, and Sports clubs. Many of these groups and establishments provide 'settings' around which fundraising can occur, because they provide an audience, venue and manpower to put on events.


Schools

Schools fundraise for themselves, and also for other causes. They have a 'captive' audience of children and their relatives; and they have a venue in the form of school buildings and grounds; and they can call on staff and parent volunteers to help with events. It is thus not a suprise that many fundraisers, and suppliers, want to tap into the fundraising potential of schools
